Note that the bicubic-linear muscles in this directory did not use the right
hand rule for the xsi directions when created (apart from the deltoid).

- to change the xsi directions to the right hand rule use the given perl
script 'change_3dxi.pl'. There are restrictions for the use of this perl
script as detailed inside.

Also, note that some muscles have separate files for the muscle's muscle 
and its tendon (either separate backend or frontend files).
